LAMIRADA, Calif., and CHESTER – Sherley E. Ireland passed away peacefully Dec. 31, 2009, with his loving wife of 62 years by his side, at home. He was born June 24, 1925. He leaves behind his wife, Charlotte (Lindsay) Ireland; and four children, Linda Cabral, Lana Hanson, Jeff and Ann Ireland, and Jon and Deb Ireland. He also leaves behind his stepmother, Leigh Ireland; three half sisters, Bonita, Nadine and Carol; and nine grandchildren. At his request, there will be no services.
