PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – Kenneth G. Dumas, 79, passed away Jan. 9, 2010. Ken graduated from Edward Little High School, Auburn, in 1948, and proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He worked as the data processing supervisor for the city of Bangor and then moved to Florida. Ken enjoyed walking on the beach, bowling, playing Santa Claus and telling stories. He was a beloved father, husband and friend, and will be sadly missed. Surviving are his sons, Douglas and Daniel, both of Louisville, Ky., and David of Littleton, Mass.; daughters, Debra Keezer of Palm Springs, Fla., and Pamela Dumas Serfes of Winston-Salem, N.C.; and six grandchildren. He is also survived by brother, Gilbert, Lewiston. He was predeceased by brothers, Robert and George. A private celebration of Ken’s life will be planned at a later date.
