BUCKSPORT – Loretta S. Woodbury died unexpectedly Jan. 20, 2010, at her home. She was born May 29, 1968, at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, the daughter of Francis A. and Muriel D. (Winchester) Grindle. Loretta enjoyed day trips to the ocean, gardening, flowers, her animals, photography and wildlife, and especially loved spending time with her family. She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her parents; husband, Matthew J. Woodbury; daughter, Felicia Woodbury; granddaughter, Zoey Woodbury-Turcotte, all of Bucksport; brother, Arthur Grindle and wife, Louella, of Fairfield; niece, Tabitha; nephew, Connor; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visiting hours for family and friends will be held 10 a.m.-noon Monday, Jan. 25, at Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport, where funeral services will be noon with Pastor Peter Remick officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to her husband, Matthew, 593 Millvale Road, Bucksport, ME 04416.
