NEWBURGH – Carolyn C. Tapley, 81, passed away peacefully Feb. 5, 2010, at home. A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, at East Dixmont Community Church, Dixmont.
