MACHIASPORT – Craig “CJ” Wood Jr., 20, beloved son, brother, grandson and nephew, died March 13, 2010, at his home. He was born Aug. 16, 1989, in Blue Hill, the son of Craig and Brenda Wood Sr. CJ was a lifelong resident of Machiasport and worked as a fisherman. He loved fishing, hunting and hanging out with his friends. CJ is survived by his parents; and his sister, Brooke; grandparents, Stephen Seeley and his wife, Sonia, Trudy Geel and her husband, Steve, and Elaine Wood; aunts and uncles, Lynn and Dennis Connolly, Stephen and Stephanie Seeley; and cousins, Taylor and Kassidy Seeley, and Fiona Connolly. He will be sadly missed by family and friends, including his special friends, Jesse, Adam and Mark. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Herbert Wood Jr.; and cousins, Shea and Riley Connolly. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 18, at Bragdon-Kelley Funeral Home, 220 Court St., Machias. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, March 19, at Trafton Cemetery, Machiasport, with Pastor Donald Wood officiating.
