BANGOR – A service of remembrance for Winifred Shaw Melvin will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, March 25, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Kathy Macedo, pastor of Grace United Methodist Church, Bangor, officiating. Interment will be at Forest Grove Cemetery, Augusta.
