OLD TOWN and BUCKSPORT – Dawn M. Carley, 65, died Monday, March 29, 2010, at a Bangor health care facility. Born Oct. 27, 1944, in Castine, she was a daughter of Albert F. and Gertrude (Moreau) Chavaree. She will be sadly missed by her family. Dawn is survived by two brothers, Carl Chavaree and his wife, Helen, of California and David Chavaree and his wife, Margaret, of Bucksport; two sisters-in-law, Betty Chavaree and Jean Chavaree; one brother-in-law, Lawrence Gilman; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Pauline Allard, Paul Chavaree, Robert Chavaree, Mary Greene, Francis Chavaree and Ellen Gilman. Services will be announced at a later date.
