LINCOLN – Cole-Whitney Ford is among an elite group of Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealerships to be recognized with the 2009 President’s Award by Ford Motor Co.
The award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2009 by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Cole-Whitney is among 380 Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealers across the country so honored.
“This award was truly won by the staff. It’s a reflection of a great effort by the entire staff. Their commitment to delivering the best customer experience possible is why we’ve been a success for 30 years,” said Dan Whitney, owner of Cole-Whitney Ford. “I couldn’t be more proud to receive this recognition, especially since it comes from the people we value most – our customers. They’re the reason we were able to achieve this award.”
Cole-Whitney Ford is now a three-time winner of the President’s Award, having been recognized in 1996, 1998 and 2009.
The President’s Award was developed in 1983. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their service, satisfaction and overall dealership experience.
