CARIBOU – Graveside committal services with full military honors for Neil J. O’Rourke, 63, who died Dec. 10, 2009, will be held 10 a.m. Friday, May 21, at Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements are by Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou.
