PASSADUMKEAG – Michael J. Stuart passed away unexpectedly April 30, 2010. He was the son of the late Robert and Marion (Wandell) Stuart of Passadumkeag. He spent his life devoted to the things he loved, and didn’t let little things worry him. Focusing on the positive, Michael always had a good word to say to lift someone’s spirits, and he never backed down from a promise. He was active in Society of Creative Anachronisms, the Leather Community and Family Advisory Council for Empowerment Statewide. He had a love of cars, history, science and the sea, amongst countless others. He proved to be someone with many interests, allowing him to interact with anyone. He was truly a jack-of-all-trades, Master of many. He had a huge heart that he gave easily, and deeply touched the lives of all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Heather Stuart “peT;” his stepdaughter, Selena Moody; his daughter, Deanna Briggs and her husband, Chris; two sisters, one brother, and countless aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will take place in September.
