PORTLAND and EAGLE LAKE – Baby boy, Tanner Travis Marquis, died May 23, 2010, at a Portland health care facility. He was the son of Travis and Kristy (Soucie) Marquis. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandmother and stepgrandfather, Susan and Kenneth Pratt of Topsham; maternal grandfather, Randy Soucie of Summerfield, Fla.; paternal grandparents, Phyllis and Gerald Marquis of Wallagrass; maternal great-grandparents, Rita and Paul Martin of Eagle Lake; paternal great-grandparents, Emma Paradis of Eagle Lake and Lawrence Vaillancourt of Frenchville; uncle, Ethan Soucie and girlfriend, Audrianna Ramsey, and son, Jax, all of Summerfield, Fla.; uncles, Jacob and Zachary Pratt of Topsham; uncle, Kenny Marquis and his wife, Kelley, and daughter, Kiley of Wallagrass; as well as a large extended family. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated noon Saturday, June 5, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Eagle Lake. Committal services will be afterward at the parish cemetery. Funeral services are being handled by Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent.
