BANGOR – L. Jacqueline “Jackie” Higgins passed away Feb. 16, 2010. She was born May 11, 1916, the daughter of A. Ross and June Bullard. Jackie and Paul were married June 10, 1939. They had two children, Paul “Woody” Jr. and Sheila Lois. Woody is married to JoAnn and has three children and one grandson. Sheila is married to Paul A. Lynne and has one son. There will be a family graveside service for Paul and Jackie 1 p.m. June 10 at Oak Grove Cemetery. A small reception will be held afterward at Woody and JoAnn’s home.
