LUBEC – Charlotte Green, 67, died June 30, 2010, at her home in south Lubec. She was born July 21, 1942, in Portland, the daughter of Frances and Forest Gardner of Rockland. Charlotte loved spending time with her family and friends, cookouts on South Lubec Beach and early morning chats on facebook. Most recently she provided quality care services to an elderly friend. She will be sadly missed by many. She is survived by her three children, Theresa Davis and her husband, Wayne, of Richmond, Bethany Hovey and her husband, Todd, of Berwick, and Craig Green of Wales; six grandchildren, Meghan, Decker and Josh of Brunswick, and Alicia Nutter, Karie Hovey and Christopher Hovey, all of Berwick; two great-grandchildren, Liam Kneeland and Cassidy Decker; a very special sister-in-law and her husband, Debra and Paul Olson and family; many nieces, nephews and close cousins. In addition to her husband and parents, Charlotte was predeceased by a sister, Donna (Gardner) Mazzeo of Rockland. A service honoring Charlotte’s life will be held 10 a.m. Sunday, July 4, at Woodland Cemetery, Baileyville.
