WEST ENFIELD – Joseph A. “Tony” Fisher, 75, husband of Theresa (Cyr) Fisher, passed away July 2, 2010, with his family by his side at Cummings Healthcare Facility, Howland. He was born Jan. 6, 1935, in Guerette, the son of Huband and Yvonne (Dion) Fisher. Tony joined the U.S. Air Force July 6, 1955, and was honorably discharged July 9, 1959. In addition to his wife of 45 years, Theresa, he is survived by two daughters, Lisa Smith and her fiance, Jimmy Pond, and Lori and her husband, Stephen Jandreau; two sons, Michael Fisher and his wife, Michelle, and Mark Fisher; eight grandchildren, Jessica Richards, Stephanie Smith, Katie Smith and her fiance, Devon Page, Ashley Jandreau and her fiance, Charlie Boulrisse, Amanda and Nicole Jandreau, Brandon Lane and Justin Fisher; four great-grandchildren, Alexis, Hunter and Collin Richards, and Colbie Page; three sisters, Alexina Rossignol, Lorina Violette and Rita Herbert; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Sylvio and Lorendo Fisher; and four sisters, Alvina Rossignol, Sylvia Bouchard, Lydia Martin and Viola Maheux. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Leroy Landry officiating. Interment will be at St. Matthew Cemetery, West Enfield. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Donations may be left at the funeral home.
