ASHLAND – Janet Gagnon, 84, died July 10, 2010, at a Presque Isle hospital. She was born July 19, 1925, in Ashland, the daughter of Joseph and Ida (Cloukey) Clark. She is survived by three sons, Stephen Gagnon and wife, Ellen, of Fort Fairfield, Jerry Gagnon and wife, Nancy, of Perham and Ross Gagnon of Derry, N.H.; a special niece, Doris Scheusler of Kansas; four sisters, Peggy Starkey and husband, Robert, Patricia Robinson and Doris Clark, all of Ashland, and Jacqueline Crabbe of Vernon, Conn.; three brothers, Milton Clark and wife, Dawn, Edward Clark and wife, Barbara, and Marvin Clark and wife, Earleen, all of Ashland; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence Gagnon; and by a son, Brian Gagnon. Relatives and friends may call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at Stimson-Ouellette Funeral Home, 114 Exchange St., Ashland. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mark Catholic Church, Ashland. Committal service and interment will be at the parish cemetery.
