GUILFORD – William R. “Billy” Hunt, 36, died July 11, 2010, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born Dec. 6, 1973, in Dover-Foxcroft, son of Leonard and Shirley (Hatch) Hunt. He graduated from Piscataquis Community High School, Guilford, Class of 1992. Bill suffered for many years with Crohns disease. He enjoyed spending time with his family, loved fishing and was looking forward to the birth of his twins, which are expected in September. He is by survived his father, Leonard Hunt of Guilford; his mother, Shirley (Hatch) Abbott and her husband, Darold, of Moscow; his fiancee, Janet McAllister and her daughter, Megan, of Guilford; a sister, Shannon Grim and her husband, Mark, of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.
