CARIBOU – Natalie G. Patterson, 83, wife of the late Henry Patterson, died July 19, 2010, in Caribou. She was born Aug. 17, 1926, in Fort Fairfield, daughter of the late Zember and Meddie Page. Natalie, affectionately known as “Gram” to just about everyone, was a kind and loving person to her family and friends. If anyone was ever in need of a meal or a place to stay, they just went to Gram. She will be missed by many. Natalie was employed at many Caribou area restaurants in her earlier days, as well as Hotel Caribou for many years. She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Natalie and Phil Deveau and Debra and Maynard Dickinson, all of Caribou; her two sons and daughters-in-law, Lawrence and Brenda Patterson of Fort Fairfield and Fred and Faith Patterson of North Carolina; one brother, Alfred Page of New Jersey; 15 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Patterson was predeceased by her husband of more than 64 years, Henry, in 2004; two brothers, George Bruso and Albert Bruso; and four sisters, Ida Bouchard, Ruby Little, Beatrice Cassidy and Irene Tilley. Friends may call 10 a.m. until the time of service noon Wednesday at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Interment will be at Lyndon Cemetery.
