CHERRYFIELD – Thomas “Tom” Edwin Kelley, 80, died July 21, 2010, of complications from Parkinson’s disease and surgery. He was born Oct. 31, 1929, in Addison, the son of Jesse and Mary Kelley. He was raised in Jonesport and attended schools there. Tom was a self-taught “jack-of-all-trades,” and knew plumbing, wiring, machine work, mechanics, masonry, welding, woodworking, and could build anything from a china cabinet to a house. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Ardelle (Grant) Kelley; and by a brother, Richard Kelley. Tom is survived by his only child, Beth Morse and her husband, Robert, of Cherryfield; two sisters, Edna Davis and Jeanette Ingersoll; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
