MADAWASKA – Marie Louise Cyr, 79, passed away July 23, 2010, at a Bangor health care facility. She was born Dec. 28, 1930, in Green River, New Brunswick, daughter of Charles and Blanche (Belanger) Langdo. Louise is survived by her beloved son, Real Cyr and his wife, Monique, of Madawaska; two grandchildren, Peggy Levasseur and her husband, Michael, of Madawaska and Eric Cyr and his wife, Donna, of Madawaska; two great-grandchildren, Amber and Ashton of Madawaska; one sister, Edwina Francoeur of St. Joseph, New Brunswick; two brothers, Gilbert Langdo and his wife, Geraldine, of Grand Isle and Rosaire Langdo of St. Anne, New Brunswick; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Aldrie Cyr; her son, Raymond Cyr; one sister, Georgianne Berube; and one brother, Albert Langdo. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Family and friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at Lajoie Funeral Home. Interment will be immediately after at St. David Cemetery.
