BERRYVILLE, Va. – Rosaleen Dolores Robertson, 88, formerly of Hampden, died Thursday, July 22, 2010, at her residence. Mrs. Robertson was born March 26, 1922, in Hermon, the daughter of Franklin Vernon and Ellen Rostron Hall. She retired as a registered nurse from St. Joseph Hospital, Bangor. She was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church, Brewer, and Eastern Star Chapter No. 17, Hampden, where she held the position of worthy matron for two years. She married Bernard Arthur Robertson Nov. 23, 1944, in Bangor. Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter, Janet R. Davidson and her husband, Richard, of Berryville, Va.; two sons, Cary A. Robertson and his wife, Bonnie, of Watsonville, Calif., and Joel W. Robertson and his wife, Kathleen, of Clifton, N.J.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held 2-4 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at her home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clarke County Humane Foundation, P.O.
