HAMPTON, Va. – Thomas E. Cail, 65, passed away July 24, 2010. Thomas and Vivian were the owners of The Four Seasons Restaurant, Jackman, for nine years before moving to Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Cail; his son, Thomas Cail; his daughter, Rachel Ritch; and six grandchildren. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
