MADISON – Cecil W. Kane soared to heaven Thursday, July 15, 2010, to be with his beloved wife, Pamela. He was born Sept. 14, 1940, in Ellsworth, son of Lillian (Hutchins) and Frank Harvard Kane. Cecil is survived by his daughters, Candace Jones and her husband, Jeffery, and, Melissa Cushman and her husband, Clint; his sons, Cecil “Skipper” Kane and his wife, Pam, Kenneth Kronstrand, and Jason Kane and his wife, Andrea; his sisters, Joan Hunton and Avis Harmon; his brothers, Jack Kane, Herbert Kane and his wife, Alice, and Charlie Kane; his sister-in-law, Connie Kane; 15 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Aug. 7 at his daughter’s home, 470 Main Road, Bradford.
