BAR HARBOR and ELLSWORTH – Gloria Blanche Gray, 87, died July 30, 2010, at an Ellsworth health care facility. She was born Sept. 2, 1922, in St. John, New Brunswick, the daughter of Kenneth Cameron and Stella Mary (Mac Catherine) White. Gloria worked for many years at Mount Desert Island Hospital and Bar Harbor Public Health Nursing. She was a 50-year member of Bar Harbor Congregational Church. Gloria is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Robert L. Gray of Ellsworth; two sons, Kenneth L. Gray of Southwest Harbor and Michael S. Gray of Bangor; one daughter, Judith A. Albano of Seabrook, N.H.; five grandchildren, Robert G., Kenneth G., Jaime, Stephanie and Tom; and two special cousins, Mary Bennoch and Jessica Oulette. At Gloria’s request, there will be no services.
