THOMASTON – Kendrick W. Dorman, 88, longtime owner of Dorman’s Dairy Dream, went home to be with his Lord Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010, at his home after a period of declining health. Family and friends are invited to visit 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland. A celebration of his life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 8, at Littlefield Memorial Baptist Church, One Waldo Ave., Rockland. The Rev. Dr. Brannan Becknell and the Rev. Dr. Linwood Welch will officiate. Internment will be afterward at Achorn Cemetery, Rockland.
