SEARSPORT – Florian “Junior” M. Andrews Jr., 79, passed away Aug. 9, 2010, in Bangor. He was born Oct. 6, 1930, in Camden, son of Florian M. Andrews Sr. and Abbie (Black) Andrews. Junior worked at Northern Chemical and the tank farm, W.R. Grace, AAR Moore and worked at the grocery store doing delivery. He also worked on the poultry farm with his father raising chickens. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing from his boat and lobstering, planting his garden with peas and potatoes, driving his tractor, mowing the lawn, and watching TV, especially Dancing with the Stars. He was predeceased by his parents; his brothers, Clayton Andrews and Robert Andrews; and brother-in-law, John Mohr. Junior is survived by his siblings, Rebecca A. Mohr of Searsport; sister-in-law, Dottie Andrews of Bangor; several nieces and nephews, and many friends. Memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, at Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast.
