MARS HILL — Jon Lee scored three goals and notched an assist to lead the Madawaska Owls to a 6-2 schoolboy soccer victory over the Central Aroostook Panthers Tuesday.
The game was called with 24 minutes remaining because of lightning in the area.
Deejay Gendreau tallied two goals and an assist for the Owls. Kyle Carter added a goal while Ian Lee chipped in with two assists. Tim Deschenes made two saves on eight shots.
Dan Brewer and Spencer Stetson each scored a goal for Central Aroostook. Ross Grass stopped two of 18 shots.

At Mars Hill, Olivia Pelletier netted three goals to power Madawaska by Central Aroostook.
Val Parker and Erin Dugal each chipped in with a goal for the Owls. Amanda Nadeau stopped four of six shots.
Paige Garrison made 10 saves on 19 shots for Central Aroostook.
