HOULTON and EAST WINDSOR, Conn. – Arlean R. Coyle, 88, died Aug. 24, 2010, in East Windsor, Conn. She was born Aug. 12, 1922, in Houlton, the daughter of John and Etta (Graham) Ramsay. Arlean was a graduate of Houlton High School. She was an avid NASCAR fan, traveling many times to the Daytona 500 and Loudon Speedway. Arlean is survived by her son, Wayne Coyle of Houlton; her sister, Virginia Marie Bither of Janiata, Neb.; her brother-in-law, John Coyle and his wife, Jenoeve, of East Hartford, Conn.; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Maurice A. Coyle; brother, John Ramsay; sisters, Abbie Orr, Jenny Crabb and Elvina “Viny” Adams; and her lifelong friend, Mary Louise Bodine. Friends may call 10 a.m. until the time of service 11 a.m. Saturday at Dunn Funeral Home. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
