ELLSWORTH – Rose Raymond Indianos, wife of the late William Indianos, passed away Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010, in Ellsworth. Rose grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was accepted into Juilliard School of Music at an early age. In her adult years, she lived on Long Island, N.Y.; Tarpon Springs, Fla.; Winston-Salem, N.C.; and Trenton. Rose loved music, fine and culinary arts, animals and literature. Rose was a Maine Coast Memorial Hospital volunteer and member of the literary circle. She was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Bangor. She is survived by a brother, Benjamin Raymond; five children, James Indianos, Elizabeth Indianos, Patricia Valier, Betsy Morrison and Catherine Indianos; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family will be receiving visitors 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, at Bragdon-Kelley Funeral Home, Ellsworth, where a memorial service will be held 5-6 p.m. A funeral service will be held 11:15 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, in the new northern section of Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor.
