BANGOR – Janice M. (Andrews) MacLeod, 75, passed away Aug. 30, 2010, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Aug. 20, 1935, in Orrington, the daughter of Harris W. and Eleanor L. (Gross) Andrews. Janice graduated from Brewer High School, Class of 1953. She worked in the hospitality industry in the Bangor/Brewer areas for many years. Janice is survived by her children, Christine Coutts and her husband, Stephen, of Brewer, Robert MacLeod and his wife, Elaine, of Hollis Center, Brenda Kenney and her husband, Paul, of Brewer, Lynn Titus and her husband, Les, of Melbourne, Fla., and Jay MacLeod and his wife, Mary, of Boynton Beach, Fla.; grandchildren, Jenny, Caitlin, Sarah, Bobby, Andrew, Christine, Kasie, Grant and Lindsay; great-grandchildren, Carly and Garrett; brothers, Philip Andrews and his wife, Carole, and Roland Andrews and his wife, Dottie; sister, Judy Durkin; and lifelong friends, Mary Bowden and Shirley Collins. A private graveside service will be held for the family.
