BANGOR – Troy A. Higgins, 35, died unexpectedly Sept. 4, 2010, at his home. Services are planned for Thursday and Friday and a complete obituary will be published in Thursday’s Bangor Daily News by Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor.
