WASHBURN and ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. – Genevieve Churchill, beloved wife and mother, went home to be with the Lord Sept. 13, 2010, after a lengthy illness. Jenny worked for National Potato Promotion Board, Denver, as the administrative assistant to the board president for 21 years, and after retirement moved to Zephyrhills, Fla., where she resided with her current husband, T. Nathan Churchill. She was predeceased by her first husband, Richard B. Bottum. Jenny is survived by her children, Mark K. Bottum and Jeri Sue Blackwell and her husband, Eddie, of Denver; two stepdaughters, Heather Stretar of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and Heidi Sawyer of Coinjock, N.C.; a brother, Dennis Graff of Fremont, Neb.; a sister, Shirley Stunkel of Lincoln, Neb.; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, at First United Methodist Church, Zephyrhills, Fla. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Genevieve’s memory to Gulfside Regional Hospice, 5760 Dean Dairy Road, Zephyrhills, FL 33542. Additional services will be held at a date and time to be determined at Wellshire Presbyterian Church, Denver.
