FORT WHITE, Fla., and BUCKSPORT – Wayne Scott Hatch passed away unexpectedly Sept. 26, 2010, at his home in Fort White, Fla. He was born May 27, 1963, in Bangor, to Berenice (Betts) Hatch and Kendall Hatch Sr. He was a member of Bucksport High School, Class of 1982. He is survived by his wife, Linda and his sons, Wayne Jr., and Kevin, all of Florida; his father, Kendall of Blue Hill; his siblings, Kendall Jr., Dorance, Robin, Mary, Christie, Cora, Amy and Marla and their families; his maternal grandparents, Virgie Betts and Frank and Peggy Betts; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother, Berenice, in 1997. Arrangements are being made by Evans-Carter Funeral Home, 220 North Main St., High Springs, Fla. A local memorial service may be planned at a future date.
