OWLS HEAD – Randal “Randy” E. Watkinson, 61, a lifelong resident of Knox County, husband of Janet Louise Watkinson and partner in the law firm of Strout & Payson, P.A., died unexpectedly Thursday, Sept. 30, 2010. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, at Littlefield Memorial Baptist Church, One Waldo Ave., Rockland, with the Rev. Paul Munro officiating. A reception will be after the service in the church’s fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rockland Kiwanis Foundation, P.O. Box 285, Rockland, ME 04841.
