NASHUA, N.H. – Mrs. Joan Claire (Skorb) Vienneau, 77, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, after a period of declining health. Mrs. Vienneau was born May 5, 1933, in Nashua, N.H., daughter of the late William and Anna (Ashey) Skorb. She was wife of the late Richard J. Vienneau, who died Aug. 15, 2010, and with whom she celebrated 53 years of marriage, July 27, 2010. Joan was a graduate of Nashua High School and went on to receive her nursing degree from St. Joseph School of Nursing. Upon completion of her nursing degree, she went on to work as a nurse for St. Joseph Hospital, then from there, worked for more than 20 years for Weight Watchers of New Hampshire. Survivors include two daughters, Diane Vienneau and her partner, Robin McGee, and Cynthia Vienneau, all of Nashua, N.H.; one brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Jeanne Skorb, of Nashua, N.H.; as well as two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Jane Michaud and her husband, Donald, of Hudson and Elizabeth “Betty” Malbon and her husband, Bruce, of Haverhill, Mass. There are no visiting hours. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
