HUDSON – Donaldene “Terry” E. Mailman, 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior Nov. 29, 2010, after a long battle with heart complications. She was born July 20, 1930, in Stockton Springs, the daughter of Donald and Marta (Hopkins) Norwood. Terry loved her music, and played the piano, organ and accordion. She wrote her own music and played it with her husband for a living, and also played at nursing homes, country clubs and bars. She loved going to church, enjoyed her gardening and old movies dating back to the 1930s. Terry liked the Beatles, country and gospel music, and enjoyed going to flea markets and yard sales. She is survived by three children, Carole Janes, C. Ralph Harriman and Clifford Harriman; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Richard Mailman; daughter, Carlene Harriman; and son, Roy Harriman. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, at Charleston Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Matthew Ward, pastor, officiating. Friends may call noon until the time of service Wednesday.
