MEDDYBEMPS -Richard L. Dwelley passed away Nov. 21, 2010. He was born June 1, 1946, son of the late Dorris (Hatton) and Clayton Dwelley. Survivors include his longtime companion, Isabelle Batron; an aunt, an uncle and several cousins. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Dec. 2 at Meddybemps Cemetery with Pastor Ray Morse officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral expenses may be made to Tammi Smith, P.O.
