BANGOR – Jeffrey Peter Cleveland, 55, died Dec. 27, 2010, of natural causes. He was born Jan. 18, 1955, in Englewood, N.J., to Ralph Lionel Cleveland and Elizabeth Rybnikar. He was a Local Union 1456 member. Jeffrey had a passion for his children and music. He was predeceased by his parents. Survivors include his son, Justin and wife, Cindy, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., and granddaughter; his son, Ralph of Manahawkin, N.J.; daughter, Rebecca and granddaughter of Trenton; his brother, Michael and wife, Cathy, of Lyndeboro, N.H., and one niece. A memorial service is scheduled 7-9 p.m. May 12 at Bayside Chapel, 965 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, N.J.
