Goda also had nine rebounds for the Mariners. Casey McCloskey made six assists.
Renee Moore scored 16 points to pace UMPI. Emily Pelletier scored 14 points, Rashell Saucier had 11 points and 10 rebounds and Olivia McNally totaled 11 points.

Sam Lacroce scored 15 points, Eileen Gaffney had 14, and Kendra Harris 10 for the Cardinals, who had a chance to cement the win via two free throws with 16 seconds left, but missed both attempts.
