INDIAN ISLAND – Linda Jean (Baer) Czzowitz, 67, died Jan. 24, 2011. She was born July 1, 1943, on Indian Island, daughter of Clarence J. and Gloria P. (Ranco) Baer.
Linda was a proud member of St. Ann’s Church, Indian Island, Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord. She enjoyed puzzles, knitting, watching television and visiting with family and friends.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Tammy Czzowitz Arel and her husband, Tim, of Ohio; three sons, Todd Hutchinson of Indian Island, Eugene Czzowitz of Manchester, N.H., and Thomas Czzowitz of Manchester, N.H.; eight grandchildren, Alex and Kristen Arel, Matthew, Jacob and Emma Czzowitz, Savanna, Karena and Zachary Czzowitz; four brothers, Mike Bear, Patrick Bear, Clark Baer and Michael Hutchinson; two sisters, Karen Hunter and Donna Pellerin; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Linda was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Czzowitz; two sisters, Janice and Becky; and two brothers, John and Billy.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, at St. Ann’s Church, Indian Island. Family and friends are invited to a light luncheon after the service at the parish hall. Notes of condolences may be left at
