BANGOR – Deanna J. (Rideout) Arisimeek, 67, wife of 40 years to William M. Arisimeek, died Jan. 28, 2011, at a Bangor hospital, after a brief illness. Born March 5, 1943, in Bangor, she was predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Vivian (Beede) Rideout.

Deanna graduated from Bangor High School and attended Husson College with a degree in accounting, Class of 1987. She retired from EMMC Cianchette Building, Brewer, after 22 years of dedicated service. She truly enjoyed her Wednesday with her co-workers, “the lunch bunch.” She worked in the garden while being supervised by her cats, Ginger and Dylan from her sunroom, as her golden retriever, Princess, played beside her. Deanna always looked forward to her Friday lunch dates with her loving husband, Bill.

Deanna is survived by three children, Debra Jo (Archer) Cusson and husband, Donny, of Hermon, Dwight I. Archer and his wife, Irene, of Augusta, and William J. Arisimeek of Bangor; three granddaughters, Tonya Robinson, Daniel Burgess and Rowan Archer; and six great-grandchildren, Casey, Brianna, Xander, Brenden, Madison and Achasia. Deanna also left behind five sisters, Venetia Paulette and her husband, Frank, Jeannette Mason, Regina Conners and her husband, John, Yasmin Boyorak and her husband, Paul, and Valerie Richter and her husband, Pierre; two brothers, Ralph D. Rideout and Dwayne R. Rideout; many loving nieces and nephews. She was especially close to her cousin, Rhonda and her two daughters, Sherry and Tammy.

Friends and family will gather 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, at Fraternal Order of Eagles Club, 22 Atlantic Ave., Brewer, for a memorial service provided by her sister, Jeannette, with refreshments after. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare of Maine, care of Health Charities, P.O. Box 931, Bangor, ME 04402.
