DOVER-FOXCROFT – Edward B. Severance, 90, died Feb. 1, 2011, at a local nursing home. He was born Aug. 6, 1920, in Dover-Foxcroft, son of the late Orman and Aizzi (Crockett) Severance.
Edward served his country in World War II as a member of the U.S. Army, and later worked as a shipper for Pride’s Manufacturing.
Edward is survived by a brother, Herbert Severance of Dover-Foxcroft; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Marjorie Warren and Pauline Lyford.
Burial will take place in the spring in the family lot at Dover Cemetery, Dover-Foxcroft. Arrangements are in the care of Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at
