Ten years ago on this sad day, the one we loved was called away. Since you have gone away our world changes from year to year, our lives from day to day. Your family has grown with weddings and births, and you would be so proud today. Your helping hand was always first to render any aid you could. Your voice was always firm and strong. Your words were wise and good. We didn’t know at the time how far you had carried us with just one arm, trying
to teach and keep us safe
and free from any harm.
No morning starts, no night
returns, that we don’t think of you. The years may come and go, but the love and memory of you shall never pass away.
