RICHMOND – Richard A. Strout, 74, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, at the home of his sister, Phyllis Pushard, in Bangor. He was born March 12, 1936, in Richmond, the son of Richard and Gertrude (Moore) Strout.
