DETROIT – Joey Cianchette, 53, died Easter morning, April 24, 2011, at a Fairfield health care facility. He was born Nov. 3, 1957, in Waterville, a son of Joseph and Greta (Ouillette) Cianchette Jr.
Joey attended Marie Bradford School for four years. He was a communicant of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Pittsfield.
In addition to his parents of Detroit, he is survived by three brothers, James and wife, Carolyn, Christopher and wife, Valarie, and Michael and wife, Jane, Cianchette, all of Pittsfield; three sisters, Laura Cianchette and partner, Dan Kolbert, of Portland, Patricia and husband, Steven Skirnick, of Perryville, Md., and Amy and husband, Sean Donaghy, of Washington; many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday, April 28, at St. Agnes Church, Detroit Avenue, Pittsfield, with the Rev. Kent Ouellette officiating.
