LONG GROVE, Ill., and BANGOR – Irene Share, 99, formerly of Bangor, wife of the late Charles “Charlie” Share, died March 26, 2011, in Illinois. She was born June 8, 1911, in New York City.
Irene spent many years with her husband, Charlie, in the grocery business on South Main Street, South Brewer.
Surviving is one daughter, Bonnie Williams of Illinois; two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held March 31 in Buffalo Grove, Ill., with Rabbi Jonathan Ginsburg officiating. Interment was at Sunset Memorial Lawns, Northbrook, Ill. Gifts in Irene’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
