HAMPDEN – Wayne A. “Trigger” Treworgy, 73, husband of Debra (Bitner) Treworgy, passed away unexpectedly May 10, 2011, at his home after a long illness. He was born Oct. 11, 1937, in Portland, son of Ernest R. and Bertha E. (Morrison) Treworgy.
Wayne worked for many years as a sprinkler fitter for the union retiring from Local 669. He was an avid outdoorsman who especially enjoyed boating, hunting and the time he spent at his hunting camp.
He is survived by his wife of Hampden; his brothers, Bill and Dave Treworgy; his children, Mike, Julie, Laurie, Wanda, Mark and Garrett; and six grandchildren. He will be missed by his faithful companion, Rusty; and many dear friends and relatives.
A celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor.
