DEXTER, Maine — SAD 46 residents gave their final stamp of approval of a $12,452,885 budget Tuesday during a budget validation vote.
Residents earlier this month had approved the spending plan that is $287,228 less than the current budget.
The votes in each of the communities were as follows, with the yes results listed first: Exeter, 23-7; Ripley, 15-9; Garland 31-17; and Dexter 103-68, for a total district-wide vote of 172-101.
