ASHLAND – Marie C. Ouellet, 75, died June 16, 2011, at a Westfield health care facility. She was born March 29, 1936, in Masardis, the daughter of Thomas and Agnes (Lavoie) Michaud.
She is survived by one daughter, Annette Simoneau of Presque Isle; one son, Michael Ouellet of Marlboro, Mass.; one brother, Oneil Michaud of New York; three sisters, Edith O’Clair and Clara Snow, both of Fort Fairfield, and Therese Carney of Sheridan; two granddaughters and four great-grandchildren. Marie was predeceased by five sisters, Eva King, Ella Beaulieu, Rose Archer, Blanche Campbell and Dorothy Knox.
Relatives and friends may call 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Stimson-Ouellette Funeral Home, 114 Exchange St., Ashland. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark Catholic Church, Ashland. Interment will be at the parish cemetery. To leave online condolences, please visit
