BANGOR – Francisque “Poppy” Dieuveuil, 82, passed away June 26, 2011, at a Bangor healthcare facility after a long illness. He was born in Port Margot, Haiti.
Surviving are his wife, Junia; two sons, Harry and his wife, Jennifer, and Ronald and his wife, Kathy; four grandsons, Douglas, Mark, Harrison and Spencer; one sister, Louise Dieuveuil; and other relatives in Haiti and the U.S.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 29, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. Interment will be at Mount Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, Bangor. Gifts in his memory may be sent to Alzheimer’s Association, 170 U.S. Route 1, Suite 250, Falmouth, ME 04105.
