BANGOR – Judy Thibeault, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, died suddenly and unexpectedly Saturday, June 25, 2011, in Bangor, at the age of 50. Judy was born Sunday, Jan. 8, 1961, the daughter of Mary L. Kane.
Judy was predeceased by her mother, Mary. She is survived by her two daughters, Morgan Edwards, formerly Shawna Thibeault, of Washington and Jamielynn Thibeault McCarthy of Portland; five grandchildren, Kayla, Kristiana and Benjamin Poland, Tatiana Hicks and Hunter McCarthy, all of Portland; three sisters, Michele Kane and Deborah George, both of Bangor, and Connie Frye of Eddington; a brother, Robert Kane of Bangor; several nieces and nephews. Judy is also survived by a longtime best friend and “fourth sister,” Elizabeth “Beth” Young of Charleston; and her longtime boyfriend, Darrell Bowden of Bangor.
Judy worked as a school bus driver for Cyr bus lines for several years. She was also a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 3177, Brewer.
